What is the difference between Sea Buckthorn seed and fruit oils?
Hello Yuri.
The seeds and fruit carry different concentrations of omegas and vitamins. The seed oil has higher concentrations of vitamin K, acids, & flavinoids.
Both are incredibly healthy, and you should really eat both seeds and berries as the health benefits are greater when eating raw berries as opposed to processed & separated products. You’ll still benefit from it, but raw is better.
